A young chef with several years of experience in prestigious hotels & restaurants of Lake Maggiore and beyond.
Cesare prefers to use local products to create traditional dishes, revisited by enhancing their flavours and aromas.

The restaurant proposes seasonal menus, the recipes are designed starting from the availability of food raw materials to give a unique and intense taste to each dish.
